Dr. H. Wallace (Wally) Goddard has served as a Professor of Family Life in both Arkansas and Alabama. He develops programs on parenting, marriage, youth development, and family relations. He is well known for his many creative and effective books and programs.
Dr. Goddard served as an Extension Specialist at Auburn University in Alabama for six years. During that time he studied teen behavior, developed a widely-used parenting program, participated with a national team to develop a model of parent education, and created a respected youth development program called The Great Self Mystery.
Dr. Haim G. Ginott
Haim G. Ginott (1922-1973) was a clinical psychologist, child therapist, parent educator, and author whose work has had a substantial impact on the way adults relate to children. He began his career as an elementary school teacher in Israel in 1947 before immigrating to the United States. There he attended Columbia University in New York City, earning a doctoral degree in clinical psychology in 1952.
Dr. Alice Ginott, Ph.D.
Dr. Ginott received her B.A. from Indiana University and her M.A. and Ph.D. from the Graduate Faculty of the New School University in New York. As a former assistant professor of psychology at Hunter and Queens colleges in New York, and a visiting scholar at Chatham College in Pittsburgh, she enjoys sharing her ideas with students.
